Add an accent to your AI Employee

Updated over a week ago

The Agent Tone of Voice and Style attribute tells the AI how to communicate. You can define tone (e.g., friendly, professional, energetic) and optionally include an accent for voice interactions.

Note

Accent behavior in voice depends on the selected voice’s capabilities. If a specific accent is not supported by the voice, results may vary.

  1. In the Portal, go to Settings.

  2. Use the search field to find the Agent Tone of Voice and Style attribute.
