This guide explains how to change the speaking voice used by your AI Employee.
Preview available voices
Review and listen to the voice samples here before selecting one in the Portal.
ποΈ NOTE
Keep a shortlist of 2β3 voices that fit the brand tone (e.g., energetic, neutral, formal) so you can quickly test and compare.
Change the agent voice
In the Portal, go to Settings > Agent tab.
In the
project_attributes_setting_voice_integration_service_voice_to_voice_provider_genai_voiceattribute, use the dropdown to select your desired voice.Click Save & Publish All Changes.
Verify the change
Initiate a test interaction with the updated AI Employee and listen for the new voice.
