Change the voice of your AI Employee

This guide explains how to change the speaking voice used by your AI Employee.

Review and listen to the voice samples here before selecting one in the Portal.

πŸ—’οΈ NOTE

Keep a shortlist of 2–3 voices that fit the brand tone (e.g., energetic, neutral, formal) so you can quickly test and compare.

Change the agent voice

  1. In the Portal, go to Settings > Agent tab.

  2. In the project_attributes_setting_voice_integration_service_voice_to_voice_provider_genai_voice attribute, use the dropdown to select your desired voice.

  3. Click Save & Publish All Changes.

Verify the change

Initiate a test interaction with the updated AI Employee and listen for the new voice.
