You can activate your subscription from the Billing tab in the Newo.ai Portal. Subscription activation is a two-step process: first, you confirm payment in Stripe, then you return to the portal to start your trial.
Steps to Activate Your Subscription
Log in to the Newo.ai Portal.
Select Billing from the left-hand menu (below Settings).
Review the available subscription plans and select the plan you want to activate.
A Stripe checkout page opens. Enter your email address, payment method, and (optionally add a promotion code).
Click Start trial in Stripe. The Stripe window will close, and you’ll be returned to the Billing page.
Your chosen plan will now appear above the Subscription Plans grid, showing its details (plan details, included units, and features). In the grid below, the button for that plan is greyed out.
On the right side of the active plan section, click Start Free Trial to activate.
Your plan will update to show:
Trial Countdown (e.g., Trial: 13 Days Left).
Units usage bar (e.g., 0/60).
There is a 3-dot menu on the right-hand side of the Start Free Trial button. Clicking on it opens the red and white Cancel Subscription menu option. See the [How Do I Cancel My Subscription?] page for more details on cancelling your subscription by clicking on this option.
