You can cancel your subscription directly from the Billing tab in the Newo.ai portal. Cancellation is confirmed in Stripe, and once complete, your account returns to Temporary Status until a new subscription is chosen (or your account is suspended).
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to the Newo.ai portal.
In the left-hand menu, click Billing.
Depending on your subscription state:
If you haven’t started your trial yet, the three-dot menu is displayed next to the Start Free Trial button.
If your trial is active or your subscription is live, locate your active plan in the section above the Subscription Plans grid, then look for the three-dot menu on the right-hand side.
Click the three-dot menu.
Select Cancel Subscription.
A Stripe cancellation window opens:
On the left, click Return to Newo Inc. if you do not want to cancel.
On the right, click Cancel Subscription to confirm.
After confirming, you’ll see a Subscription canceled screen in Stripe, showing your canceled plan and the cancellation date.
Where to go next:
Click Go to my account to open your Stripe customer portal (view/update payment method, and invoice history).
When you’re done, click Return to Newo Inc. (back arrow, on the left-hand side).
Back in the Newo.ai portal, your account shows Temporary Status (no active subscription).
