How can I change my billing details?

You can update your billing information directly in the [Settings -> Business] tab of the Newo.ai Portal. This ensures that invoices, account notices, and payment-related communication are sent to the right person.

Steps to Update Billing Details (Attributes)

  1. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings.

  2. Open the Business tab.

  3. Locate the billing details attributes:

    1. Billing Manager Full Name (project_business_top_owner_name)

    2. Billing Manager Phone Number (project_business_top_owner_phone)

    3. Billing Manager Email (project_business_top_owner_email)

  4. Update the fields as needed (explained below).

  5. Click Save to confirm changes.

Billing Attributes

Billing Manager Full Name

The Billing Manager Full Name (project_business_top_owner_name) is the name of the person responsible for managing billing for the business account. This person appears as the primary billing contact.

Example 1 (Restaurant): Maria Hernandez

Example 2 (Dental): Dr. Susan Lee

Billing Manager Phone Number

The Billing Manager Phone Number (project_business_top_owner_phone) is the number of the billing contact. This number may be used for billing-related inquiries or verification.

Billing Manager Email

The Billing Manager Email (project_business_top_owner_email) is the email address where invoices and account notices are sent. Ensure this email is monitored by your finance or accounts team.
