Testing outbound calls can be done from the Google Sheet set up here: Set up a Google Sheet for outbound call testing.
Next, navigate to the "Outbound call list" tab and fill in the following details in the first row:
Ready to call (Required): Tick
Cell Phone (Required): The phone must be unique (i.e., no duplicate numbers in another row). Include the country code, but without + at the beginning!
First Name (Optional): Leave empty if you don't know.
Last Name (Optional): Leave empty if you don't know.
Call Reason (Required): Provide context to the AI Employee. See Call Reason Examples below.
When you're ready to trigger the outbound call, navigate to the "Meta" tab and click Start calling.

Invoice Assistance Call
You are calling the user in 10 minutes to assist them with accessing their invoice history.
Greet them politely, verify their email, and guide them through the process.

Call the user to verify the information they submitted for a service request.

Before proceeding, identify the user by reconfirming four last digits of their account number.
