The Contacts page provides a searchable list of customer interactions captured by the AI Employee. Each contact entry represents an individual customer profile created during conversations.
This is where you can view, filter, and manage customer contact information collected from sessions.
Each record includes the following fields:
Contact: The name of the customer if stated during the conversation, else "User."
Last Activity Date: The date of the most recent interaction.
Channel: The communication channel used (e.g., voice, SMS, chat).
Contact Information: Associated details such a phone number.
External ID: The system identifier assigned to the contact.
Last Message: The most recent message exchanges in the most recent session.
Turns: A total count of the conversational turns during the conversation (e.g., 52 turns means 52 back-and-forth exchanges in the conversation).
Actions: Available options to view or delete a contact record.
View a Contacts Conversational History
Click the conversation icon under the Actions column to open a specific contacts conversation history.
Delete a Contact
Click the three dots icon under the Actions column and click Delete Contact to remove the contact from the database.
Search and Filter Contacts
The page includes a search bar and filter options to quickly locate specific contacts. You can search contacts by:
Phone number
Name
You can filter contacts by:
Channels (e.g., SMS, Phone, Chat)
Date and time (period)
Date and time (From)
Date and time (To)
