Pipedrive
This article explains how to connect Pipedrive to your AI Employee to book meetings/appointments in your calendar.
Prerequisites
Generate an API key in Pipedrive following this official guide: API Reference.
Configure your Newo.ai project
On the Newo.ai Platform, navigate to your customer’s Builder.
Go to the Projects page, click the three dots icon in the top-right and Create New Project.
Fill in the fields and ensure Auto update enabled is turned on:

pipedriveModule:
pipedrive_integration
Click Create.
Click the three dots icon next to the newly created Project.
Click Force Update Project.
Click Publish All.
Connect Pipedrive to your Newo.ai account
Navigate to the Attributes page.
Search for the
pipedrive_api_tokenattribute.
Paste your Pipedrive API key into the
pipedrive_api_tokenattribute.Click Save and Publish All.
Verify by creating and deleting a test meeting
Call your AI Employee and try make a booking for a known empty time within your Pipedrive calendar.
Refresh Pipedrive and confirm a booking has been added to your calendar.
On the same call, state that you want to cancel your booking.
Refresh Pipedrive and confirm the booking was removed from your calendar.
