The white label program allows partners to offer the Newo platform under their own brand identity. Partners can operate fully independently, onboard their own customers, and appear as the platform provider to their end users.
What's included
Branded customer portal: Your customers interact with a portal featuring your company's branding
Branded agent creator: Build AI employees using a creator tool styled with your brand
Custom UI components: Logo, button colors, button shapes, and brand voice customization
Branded email communications: Customer-facing emails reflect your brand identity
Custom domain: Optional vanity URL for your portal (e.g.,
ai.yourcompany.com)Access management: Your team members automatically receive correct permissions for every agent created under your white label.
Partner responsibilities
Partners are involved in just three steps:
Complete an onboarding form: Provide your company details and brand assets
Update DNS settings (if using a custom domain): Newo provides clear instructions for any required changes
Test your portal and agent creator: Verify everything works correctly before launch
Onboarding process
Once your contract is signed and you've requested white-labeling:
Your Partner Manager sends you the onboarding survey form
You're introduced to the onboarding team to begin setup
Engineering work begins after your form is complete
🗒️ NOTE
Engineering time is not allocated until the intake form is complete. This ensures no wasted effort on either side.
Timeline
Minimum: 20 hours of engineering work
Typical: 1–2 weeks from form completion to launch
Service level requirements
White-label partners must be able to provide all three service levels to their customers:
Service Level A: Basic support and setup
Service Level B: Ongoing management and optimization
Service Level C: Advanced customization and dedicated support

Connecting agents to your white-label
Recommended: Use your branded agent creator
When you or your customers create agents through your white-label agent creator, those agents are automatically associated with your partner account. This is the simplest and preferred method.
Manual attachment
For agents that weren't created through your branded creator, manual attachment is available. This applies to:
Legacy agents created before your white-label was set up
Agents created using the main Newo creator
