The project_attributes_private_technical_owners attribute lets you specify a list of email addresses that receive alerts about system or conversation issues. This is particularly useful for partners managing multiple deployments who require immediate visibility into technical problems without manually monitoring logs.

This attribute is hidden by default. To show it, toggle on Show Hidden on the Attributes page within the Builder.
Follow these steps to configure the technical owner alerts for your project.
Open the Builder for the specific AI Employee you wish to monitor.
Navigate to the Attributes page.
Locate the attribute
project_attributes_private_technical_owners.Enter the email addresses of the technical owners who should receive alerts (comma-separated).
Click Save and Publish All.
