Conversion Ratio

Updated over a week ago

Conversion Ratio is the percentage of opportunities that, on average, result in won deals (i.e., actual purchases or completed appointments).

Example (Restaurants)

A guest calls, and the AI Employee successfully books a table for 4 people. If the average check per guest is $65, the initial Lead Value is calculated as 4 x $65 = $260.

However, based on historical data, the restaurant knows that 10% of reservations result in a "no-show" (the guests never arrive).

Therefore, the Conversion Ratio is set to 90% (100% - 10%). Statistically, the business can expect to earn $260 x 90% = $234 from this specific session.
