This guide explains how partners can generate and send payment links to their customers for Newo.ai pricing plans.
Important
Ensure you use the customer's correct email address when initially creating an AI Employee. This email will automatically be used for all billing purposes, invoices, and payment confirmations.
Log in to your Newo.ai account and click Portal next to a specific customer.
Navigate to the Billing page and select a pricing plan that matches what the customer has agreed to.
Copy the payment link URL from your browser's address bar and send it directly to your customer via email or your preferred communication channel.
