This guide explains how partners can link customer agents to the Partner Portal using a unique identification number (IDN).
Benefits of linking agents
Integrating agents into the Partner Portal offers two main advantages:
Centralized Collaboration: All authorized team members can view, edit, and optimize agents. This removes the need to manually invite specific team members to every customer portal.
Frictionless Billing and Initialization: You can manage the setup for new agents directly. This includes initializing the agent with the customer's connected credit card, avoiding the need to request payment details during the initial build.
Link a customer
To link a customer, you will need the Customer Idn, which is found at the top of the customer portal.
Within the partner portal, click Link Customer in the top-right corner.
Enter the Customer Idn into the input field.
Click Link.
The customer organization will now appear in your list of customers.
