Configure billing manager details
This guide explains how to set the billing manager name, phone number, and email attributes used for administrative correspondence and booking fallback emails.
Billing manager attributes
Three attributes store the billing contact's information:

Set billing manager details
Open the Builder.
Navigate to Attributes > Business.
Locate each billing manager attribute and enter the corresponding value:
Billing Manager Full Name (
project_business_top_owner_name): Enter the full name of the billing contact.Billing Manager Phone Number (
project_business_top_owner_phone): Enter the phone number with the full country code (+12223334444or12223334444).Billing Manager Email (
project_business_top_owner_email): Enter the billing contact's email address.Click Save.
How billing manager details are used
These attributes serve as administrative contact information for the account. They are not shared with callers during conversations. The AI Employee does not reference billing manager details when speaking to customers.
❗❗ IMPORTANT
The billing manager email (project_business_top_owner_email) is separate from the Email to Manager attribute (project_business_manager_email). The Email to Manager attribute (located in the Agent Behavior group) is where the AI Employee sends leads, call reports, and relayed messages. Make sure both are configured correctly.
