When creating an AI Employee using the 1-Click Builder, the customer information page includes a For Partners section. These fields link the new agent to your partner account so it appears in your Partner Portal and is correctly attributed for billing and tracking.

Find your Partner Organization IDN
You can locate your Partner Organization IDN in either of two places:
Organizations page
Log in to
portal.newo.ai.Click the My Partner Organizations tab on the Organizations page.
Locate your partner organization in the listing.
Copy the value in the Organization Idn column.
Partner Portal
Open your Partner Portal by clicking Partner Portal in the Actions column next to your partner organization.
The Partner Organization IDN is displayed at the top-left of the page, next to your organization name (e.g.,
Idn: NEYkyb1FK5).
Find your Partner Member IDN
Open your Partner Portal.
Look at the top-right corner of the page, next to your name and role.
Copy the IDN value displayed after your role (e.g.,
Admin | IDN: NEWO_JvlQM26C).
Promo Code
The Promo Code field is optional. There are two common uses:
Redeem an existing promotion: If Newo.ai or your partner organization has communicated a promotional code, enter it here to apply the offer to the new customer account.
Track your own promotions: If you are running a promotion for your customers and want to track which accounts are associated with it, enter your own promo code. The code will appear in the Promo Code column on the My Customer Organizations page.
