This guide explains how to change the speaking voice used by your AI Employee.
Preview available voices
Review and listen to the Gen 2 voice samples here before selecting one in the Portal.
Tip: Keep a shortlist of 2β3 voices that fit the brand tone (e.g., energetic, neutral, formal) so you can quickly test and compare.
Change the agent voice
In the Portal, open Settings.
Use the search field to find the Agent Voice attribute.
Use the dropdown to select the voice you shortlisted from this link.
Click Save and Apply.
Verify the change
Initiate a test interaction with the updated AI Employee and listen for the new voice.
