NAF - Changelog v3.4.0

Updated this week

For changes that have been updated across all versions, see the Unversioned changes page.

New agent speaking style controls

Split the old project_representative_agent_style attribute into two separate fields—one for chat, one for voice. Text and voice channels have different needs. Chat benefits from written cues like affirmations ("Got it!", "Thanks for that!"), while voice calls need spoken direction—pacing, energy, accent. Bundling these together often caused issues, such as agents "forgetting" their accent mid-call.

Now you can fine-tune each channel independently:

  • Chat: project_representative_agent_chat_speaking_style

  • Voice: project_representative_agent_voice_speaking_style
