Yelp integration

Connect Yelp to your AI Employee to enable automated booking reservation handling for new leads arriving from your Yelp business listing.

Create a new project

  1. Navigate to the Projects page in the Builder.

  2. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner and select Create New Project.

  3. Fill in the project details with the following values:

    • Idn : YelpReservation

    • Title : YelpReservation

    • Registry : production

    • Module : Select yelp_reservation

    • Module version : Latest version

  4. Toggle Auto update enabled to on.

  5. Click Create.

  6. Locate the newly created project in the list, click the three-dot icon next to it, and select Force Update Project.

  7. Click Publish All in the top-right corner to apply your configuration changes.

Configure and run the Yelp integration

  1. Click Integrations in the left-side navigation menu.

  2. Locate the Yelp Integration in the list.

  3. Click the three-dot icon next to the yelp_reservation item and select Edit Settings.

  4. Enter your Yelp Business ID.****

  5. Click Save.

  6. Click the three-dot icon again, select Run , and wait until the integration status changes to Running.
