The Agent Title attribute defines the job title displayed for your AI Employee — for example, "Receptionist", "Sales Associate", or "Customer Service Representative". This guide explains where the title appears and how to configure it.
This is configured using the project_representative_agent_title attribute.
Where the title appears
The Agent Title is used in the following places:
Email signature — The title is included in the AI Employee's email footer alongside the agent name and business name.
Outbound call identity — For outbound calling flows, the AI Employee introduces itself using both the agent name and the title.
🗒️ NOTE
The Agent Title does not appear in voice greeting phrases unless you explicitly type it into the phrase text. Greeting phrases are free-text fields and are not linked to the title attribute.
Configure the Agent Title
In the Portal, go to Settings > Agent tab.
Locate the Agent Title attribute (
project_representative_agent_title).Enter the job title for your AI Employee.
Click Save.
