Integrate Newo chat into your IONOS MyWebsite Now site by following the instructions below.
Prepare Your Website
Log in to your IONOS account.
Click Websites & Stores, then select your MyWebsite Now contract.
Click Edit Website to launch the editor.
Insert the Web Chat Code
In the editor, navigate to Settings.
Select Custom Head Code and paste the Newo Chat code snippet into the
Head HTML Codefield.
Configure Consent
Under Privacy Consent, click the dropdown and click New if a privacy consent hasn't been created yet. Else, select your preferred privacy consent.
In the pop-up, add a Name and Description, then click Done.
Click Save.
Publish Your Changes and Test
Publish the site:
If publishing for the first time, click Content → Publish.
If already live, click Re-Publish.
Click View Website to preview your updated site.
On the live site, confirm the web chat icon appears in the bottom-right corner and that the chat works.
