Confirm the restaurant's Reservours account is connected to Mozrest, with its areas or locations configured in Mozrest.
Reservours-specific notes
Because Reservours connects through Mozrest's unified API, there are no Reservours-specific credentials or attributes to set in the Builder — the integration uses the standard Mozrest project, attributes, and restaurant ID described in the Mozrest integration guide. The one thing to confirm is that the restaurant's reservation platform in Mozrest is Reservours.
What the AI Employee can do
Through Mozrest, the AI Employee can:
Check availability — searches open slots by date, time, and party size.
Book reservations — creates a reservation with full guest details and AI-matched area selection.
Cancel reservations — cancels an existing booking.
