You can cancel a paid subscription from the Billing page in the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and your account returns to the free tier with no active subscription.
Steps to cancel your subscription
In the Customer Portal sidebar, click Billing.
On the Subscription card, click Manage. A side panel opens.
In the top right of the panel, click Cancel Active Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect immediately — your account has no active subscription and returns to the free tier.
🗒️ NOTE
If you cancel and later resubscribe to Pay As You Go, the 50 free units are not granted again — they are a one-time benefit per account.
