Billing overview

See your subscription, current-cycle usage, and payment history on the Billing page of the Portal.

The Billing page in the Portal is where you see your AI Employee subscription, track how much you have used in the current cycle, and review past payments. This article explains how billing works end to end — the account states, what each part of the page means, and where to go for the details behind each section.

Account states

Your account is in one of these states:

  • No subscription — you have created your AI Employee but have not chosen a plan. The Billing page shows a Temporary account notice warning that the account will be suspended if no subscription is chosen, with a Select Subscription action.

  • Active — you are on a plan and payments are current. You are billed each cycle for your plan, plus any usage beyond your included units.

  • Limited or Blocked — a payment has failed and is unresolved. Your AI Employee is restricted until it is paid. See What happens if a payment fails.

On Pay As You Go you can start without a payment method — the account receives 50 free units, and a card is requested before your first billable unit. For what each plan costs, see Plans and pricing.

What the Billing page shows

The page is organized into three cards:

  • Subscription — your plan with its status badge, price, overage price, subscription type, and payment method, followed by a Next Billing section showing your payment date, subscription price, estimated overage amount, and estimated payment. A Manage button opens the Manage Subscription panel, where you can change plan or cancel with Cancel Active Subscription. See Plans and pricing.

  • Units Usage in Current Cycle — the units you have consumed this cycle, split into voice and text, with your total and any overage plotted on a graph, and your plan's included allowance shown in the subtitle. See Understand units and usage.

  • Payment history — every past payment with its date, amount, and status. Select a payment to see that period's usage and total billed. See Payment history.
