Newo.ai offers three plans — Pay As You Go, AI Receptionist, and Enterprise — billed monthly, with no annual commitment. This article covers what each plan costs, how many units it includes, the per-unit rate beyond those units, the Pay As You Go free units, and how to start, change, or cancel a subscription.

Every plan comes with the full capabilities of Newo.ai. There are no setup costs, and spam calls are not charged.
What a unit is
Plans are measured in units, where:
1 unit ≈ 1 voice call
1 unit ≈ 30 text messages

Pay As You Go free units
The Pay As You Go plan includes 50 free units. A few rules govern them:
They are granted once per account, for the lifetime of that account. If you cancel and subscribe again — to Pay As You Go or to any other plan — they are not granted a second time.
They are consumed by usage, not by time. They do not expire on a date, so it makes no difference whether you use them over 2 days or 2 months.
You do not need a payment method to start on Pay As You Go. You are asked for a card before your first billable unit, which is the first unit after the free ones run out.
Important: Because the free units are once per account, an account that has already used them — including one moving to Pay As You Go from another plan — starts billing from its very first unit.
After your included units
Once you pass your plan's included units, additional usage is billed at the plan's per-unit rate — $1.75/unit on Pay As You Go and $1.50/unit on AI Receptionist. This overage appears on the Usage card as Overage Units, and the Next Billing section of the Subscription card shows it as Estimated Overage Amount, folded into the Estimated Payment total.

Subscribe to a plan
Open Billing, click Manage on the Subscription card, and choose a plan in the Manage Subscription panel. Payment is handled securely through Stripe. For the full walkthrough, see Activate your subscription.
Change or cancel a plan
All plans are billed monthly — there is no annual option. To change your plan, click Manage on the Subscription card and pick a different plan in the panel. To cancel, click Cancel Active Subscription in the top right of the same panel.
Cancellation takes effect immediately — future billing stops and your access is limited at once, rather than at the end of the billing period. See Cancel your subscription.
