Activate a paid subscription for your AI Employee from the Billing page in the Portal. You choose a plan, complete checkout through Stripe, and the plan applies to your AI Employee immediately.
Choose and activate a plan
In the Portal sidebar, click Billing.
On the Subscription card, click Manage. The Manage Subscription panel opens.
If you do not have a subscription yet, you can also click Select Subscription in the notice at the top of the page.
Review the three plans and click the button on the one you want:
Pay As You Go — $0 per month with 50 free units included one time, then $1.75 per unit. Click Get Started Free.
AI Receptionist — $299 per month with 200 units included each month, then $1.50 per unit. Click Get Started.
Enterprise — custom pricing for multi-location and high-volume organizations. Click Talk To Sales to start a conversation with the Newo.ai sales team rather than a checkout.
Your current plan's button reads Active Plan and cannot be clicked.
Complete checkout in Stripe. The card you enter becomes your default payment method.
Once checkout finishes, the Subscription card shows your plan name with an Active badge, along with its price, overage price, subscription type, and payment method. The Next Billing section below shows your next payment date, subscription price, estimated overage amount, and estimated payment.
Note: Pay As You Go does not require a payment method to start. Your account receives 50 free units first, and you are asked for a card before your first billable unit.
What a unit is
Plans are measured in units. As a rough guide, one unit is about one voice call or about 30 text messages, and voice and text usage draw from the same balance. The Manage Subscription panel has a What is a unit? section with the exact counting rules.
Change or cancel later
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the same Manage Subscription panel. To cancel, click Cancel Active Subscription in the top right of the panel — see Cancel your subscription.
