The Attributes page in the Builder lets you define and manage configuration values that control AI Employee behavior. Attributes are organized into three categories — Customer, Personas, and Projects — and grouped by functional area.
Access the Attributes page
Open the Builder.
Click Attributes in the left sidebar.
The page opens to the Customer attributes section by default. Use the segmented control at the top to switch between the three sections.
Attribute sections
Section | Description |
Customer | Attributes that apply to the customer organization. These control business-level settings like working hours, language, and industry configuration. |
Personas | Attributes scoped to a specific persona. Select a persona from the dropdown to view and edit its attributes. |
Projects | Attributes scoped to a specific project. Select a project from the dropdown to view and edit its attributes. |
