The Builder is the technical workspace where Technical Owners configure, test, and publish AI Employee behavior. It provides access to flow design, knowledge bases, version control, conversation monitoring, and session analytics β all in a single interface.
Who uses the Builder
The Builder is designed for the Technical Owner role. Technical Owners manage the AI Employee's conversation flows, event subscriptions, knowledge base, and integration settings. For a full breakdown of available roles, see User roles and permissions.
Builder vs. Customer Portal
The Builder and the Customer Portal serve different audiences. The Builder exposes the full technical configuration β flow scripts, event subscriptions, states, and version control. The Customer Portal provides a simplified view for business owners to monitor sessions, review contacts, and manage day-to-day settings.
