Before you begin
Read and follow the Kolla integration guide for the end-to-end setup.
Confirm the practice runs an on-premises Dentrix installation.
❗❗ IMPORTANT
The cloud edition of Dentrix cannot be reached through Kolla. Kolla reads the PMS database through connector software installed on the practice's local machine, so only on-premises Dentrix installations are supported. Confirm the practice runs an on-premises install before scoping the integration.
Dentrix-specific settings
When you create the linked account in the Kolla portal and set kolla_connector_id in the Builder, use the Dentrix connector:

What the AI Employee can do
Through Kolla, the AI Employee can check availability, book appointments for new and existing patients, cancel appointments, and look up patients by phone number.
