These attributes are unique to the Beauty industry and control appointment scheduling behavior and HIPAA compliance. They appear in the Attributes tab when a customer project is set to the Beauty industry.

When HIPAA mode is set to True, the platform deletes session content, including both text and audio parts.
To comply with HIPAA, you must also disable sending reports via SMS and email, as well as recording sessions in Google Sheets.

Specify the information the agent should provide to the guest regarding the appointment check-in rules.
Example:

Provide the booking form instructions that the agent reads out to your client. This helps guide them through the process and ensures they fill in the fields correctly.
Example:
Open the link, scroll down to the Appointment Request section, enter your contact information, select your preferred office location, and fill out the remaining fields. Then, press Submit.
