Sales-specific attributes

These attributes are unique to the Sales industry and control the agent's qualification workflow, pre-sale questions, and appointment scheduling behavior. They appear in the Attributes tab when a customer project is set to the Sales industry.

Agent behavior

After appointment notes

IDN:project_attributes_sales_after_appointment_notes

Notes for the user after they have been scheduled for the appointment.

Example:

Feel free to call me if you would need to reschedule the appointment.

Appointment setting - self-schedule guidance instruction

IDN:project_attributes_sales_appointment_via_link_guidance_instruction

Provide instructions so the agent can help the user during appointment scheduling via the appointment URL.

IDN:project_attributes_sales_appointment_url

Provide the link where the user can self-schedule an appointment (book online).

If online booking is not available, leave this field empty.

The agent also logs a report of the conversation in the table linked at project_attributes_info_client_session_logs_table_link.

Pre-sale notes

IDN:project_attributes_sales_pre_sale_questions

The questions the agent should ask the user before making a sale (for example, before sending a purchase link). You can provide a to-do list of what the agent should say and ask during the pre-sale stage.

Example:

- Have you ever tried any other AI Employee solutions?

Qualification criteria

IDN:project_attributes_sales_qualifying_criteria

The criteria the agent uses to include or exclude candidates from scheduling calls with sales. Base the criteria on the question list provided in the project_attributes_sales_qualifying_questions or project_attributes_sales_pre_sale_questions attribute.

Example:

- If the User is not a founder, the User does NOT qualify.

Action on qualification failure

IDN:project_attributes_sales_qualifying_criteria_fallback_action

Describes the agent's actions when the user does not pass the qualification stage.

Example:

The agent starts the scenario: **Relaying Message to the Manager**.

Qualification questions

IDN:project_attributes_sales_qualifying_questions

The questions the agent asks during the qualification stage to determine if the client fits the business's target audience. The agent decides whether to schedule a meeting with sales based on answers to these questions and the project_attributes_sales_qualifying_criteria criteria list.
