These attributes are unique to the Dental industry and control HIPAA compliance, insurance information, and appointment scheduling behavior. They appear in the Attributes tab when a customer project is set to the Dental industry.

When HIPAA mode is set to True, the platform deletes session content, including both text and audio parts.
To comply with HIPAA, you must also disable sending reports via SMS and email, as well as recording sessions in Google Sheets.

Specify the insurances you accept. If a patient inquires about supported insurances, the agent uses this field to provide the answer.

Provide the booking form instructions that the agent reads out to your patient. This helps guide them through the process and ensures they fill in the fields correctly.
Example:
Open the link, scroll down to the Appointment Request section, enter your contact information, select your preferred office location, and fill out the remaining fields. Then, press Submit.
Appointment setting - questions & information before scheduling an appointment
